What are the requirements in order to use this service?

• A mobile phone supported by one of the mobile networks,
• The user must be a client of the Bank who complies with terms and conditions for current account.

You only need to send an SMS message to number +38163669138  and in only a few seconds you will receive the requested information on:

• your current account balance

Example: if you need information on your account balance, send a message in format st 1111 to number +38163669138

• the number of unpresented cheques

Example: if you need to find out the number of unpresented cheques, send a message in format ce 1111 to number +38163669138

• the amount of the latest receipt to your current account

Example: if you need information on the latest receipt to your current account, send a message in format        pr 1111 to number +38163669138

• the amount of overdraft

Example: if you need to find out the amount of your account overdraft at the moment, send a message in format po 1111 to number +38163669138

• the salary amount booked

Example: if you need information on your salary amount booked on your account, send a message in format pl 1111 to number +38163669138

• the limit on the credit card

Example: to find out the limit on your credit card, send a message in format dl 1111 to number +38163669138

• the installment on the credit card

Example: to find out the amount of installment on your credit card, send a     message in format dr 1111 to number +38163669138

How can you change your code?

Your initial code is 1111 and you, as the only person who should know the secret code, can change it by sending an SMS message to number +38163669138.

What is the fee for this service?

The user of SMS service pays 4 dinars for each message, except for the code change which is free.
