Čačansk@online is e-banking service that provides you and your company to conduct operations with bank without going to the bank.
You may use this service any time during the day, regardless of work hours, thus saving your time and lowering costs.
Bookkeeping agencies as user of an e-banking package are enabled to work with multiple legal entity accounts at the same time.
You may access your accounts from your office or room, car, hotel through a computer, fax, telephone, mobile phone. Any time, anywhere.
Čačanska banka offers a solution to electronic business – PEXIM.

How safe e-banking is?
Your data are kept safe from unauthorized access, owing to the most up-to-date encryption method and digital signatures and certificates.
How can you become user of Čačansk@online?
- Open account(s) through which you will conduct your business in any Čačanska banka branch / sub-branch
- Fill in application form (application form for legal entities + application form for authorized persons) for e-banking – 3 copies each.
- Ensure required system equipment
What are the payment operation services provided by Čačansk@online?
- Execution of orders for funds transfer
- Insight into daily account changes
- Insight into account balances
- Statement of transaction accounts
- Overview of account movements
- Report of the order realization
- Report of incoming payments.
For clients who are users of e-banking service, the fee for payment orders processing is 20% lower.

In order to use e-banking services, e-mail and FX you must have hardware with the following features:

- Smart card reader corresponding to PC/SC standards (connected with serial, PS/2, USB or PCMCIA port or through PCI or ISA)
-Mouse
-Internet access at 19,200 bps

-Graphic card, minimum 2 MB memory
-Resolution 1024x768 , 16M colour (24-bit)
-Smart card reader corresponding to PC/SC standards (connected with serial, PS/2, USB or PCMCIA port or connected through PCI or ISA)
-Mouse
-Internet access at 64 kbps (ISDN) or permanent connection through cross line (min. 64 kbps)
-Internet connections through alternative channel, through SSL.
