SMART CARD READER is a device used for reading data from smart card.

USER NAME AND PASSWORD are unique and provided by the Bank. In order to log in FX application, every user must enter its user name and password.

PIN (Personal Identification Number) at smart card. Smart card is required to enter the programme, sending documents to the Bank, refreshing data and programmes, as well change of PIN.

FX APPLICATION is created at Windows platform. Users of this application perform all actions on local database, whereas synchronization of data with real data stored in the Bank’s database is conducted in certain time intervals or when necessary. FX does not require constant internet connection, but only temporary for the purpose of synchronization. FX is a computer programme that enables clients to conduct banking operations from their own computer. Please state this service in the application form if you want to use it. E-MAIL – available for e-banking^TM. Users are provided all Bank’s notifications by MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express. Please state this service together with e-mail address in the application form if you want to use it. See system requirements.

FAX
This channel is mostly used for receiving daily balances. Please state this service in the application if you want to use it and also fax number to which you wish to receive Bank’s notifications.

SMS
By SMS service you get messages on your mobile telephone – the Bank sends notification on the account balance, payments received etc. Please state this service in the application form as well as number of mobile phone to which SMS messages will be sent.

TELEPHONE 
You phone a voice system that provides you with required information.
